From here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. You can get to the town along the lovely, long waterfront path or by the free, direct bus (approx. 15 minutes).

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The accommodation is located in the first row of the lake directly in front of the Uferpark in the centre of Friedrichshafen. The apartment is ideal for arriving without a car, train station, bus station, ships are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building overlooking Lake Constance and the mountains. Unfortunately, Airbnb sometimes shows the apartment in the wrong place. For example, look for Flowers Sen, which is the actual location.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage.
