Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

Apt. centrally located directly on the lake and train station

Located in the first row of the lake right in front of the waterfront park in the center of Friedrichshafen. The apartment is ideal to arrive without a car. The train station, bus station and ships are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building overlooking Lake Constance and the mountains. Unfortunately, Airbnb sometimes shows the apartment in the wrong place. For example, search for Blumen Sen, which is the actual location.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful waterfront park and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city center, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It is 4 km to the fair. With private parking space, lockable bicycle storage and air conditioning. Fast Internet and Netflix.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
