The accommodation is located in the first row of the lake directly in front of the Uferpark in the centre of Friedrichshafen. The apartment is ideal for arriving without a car, train station, bus station, ships are within walking distance. The flat is on the first floor of an apartment building with a view of the Uferpark. Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city centre, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. Shops for daily needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The trade fair is 4 km away. For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house.
