The apartment is very spacious and still has a small Stüberl with a direct view of the Amper. Munich is only 25 minutes away by S-Bahn and you can go to the FFB train station by bus or car, or you can walk the 1.3 km. There is plenty of parking - in the street, right in front of the door. Restaurants and shopping is in walking distance.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
