Hinweis zum Oktoberfest: Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Deshalb beherbergen wir keine Partygruppen. Leider nehmen wir aus diesem Grund während des Oktoberfestes nur kleine Familien bzw Pärchen auf. Unsere charmante und gemütliche Wohnung bietet eine moderne Einrichtung mit stilvollen Details - sie ist der perfekte Ort, um München und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Von Maisach ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München.

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. We live on the ground/upper floor ourselves, speak German, English, Russian, Turkish, and a little French. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. Munich can be reached in half an hour by public transport. You'll love our place because of its modern architecture in an old listed farm with a large garden. Our accommodation is well suited for singles, couples and families with children.
