In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Inviting bed & breakfast in Birgitz

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The Axamer Lizum Olympic ski resort, the Götzner and Muttereralm cable cars, mini-golf, tennis court, Lake Natter and numerous hiking trails invite you. The bus stops with connections to Innsbruck and the Axamer Lizum ski resort (travel time 20 minutes each) are in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk). Innsbruck Airport is 5 km away.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend summer, as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course also classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached between 10 and 20 minutes.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

Pension Jägerhof Jerzens, Room 2 Persons

All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sitting area, WiFi, TV and double bed. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have a house bar in the basement where you can enjoy a beer/cocktail or other drink in the afternoon/evening. In the morning breakfast is included and you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. No extensive luxury, but lots of fun!

A house for friends - 10

Our old Austrian house in the traditional Austrian Village of Pettneu is located 10 minutes from the international area of St Anton. This room is located on the top floor in the corner and the view is east. It is perfectly comfortable for 2 people, and has a separate bathroom with shower (by this I mean En Suite) We provide a daily breakfast between 0730 and 0900.

For romantics, this suite is exactly the place to be! The apartment is luxuriously furnished with elegant style furniture and fine fabrics. For two people this apartment is ideal! There are 36 m² available for you. The suite is housed in a former Jagdschlössl in the Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Schlössl you have an amazing view of the Zugspitz massif.

Comfort Double Room with Terrace and breakfast

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.
