Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

Shopping 300 m, center 20 min, train station 15 min, Munich center 35 km, fairytale forest 300 m, Isar 400 m, ski resorts and hiking 25 km, dogs possible (dog available).

Apartment on the edge of the forest overlooking the Zugspitze

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Vacation and home office in Bavaria in a quiet and stylish apartment. Ideal place for excursions, mountain hike, skiing and visiting the lakes or trips to Munich (40 km also publicly accessible). The apartment (65qm) has a bedroom with king size double bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped open kitchen, large living room and a southwest balcony. For rent to max. 2 persons, NR, with no pets. It is a quiet residential area and no space for partying.

Bright apartment with front garden

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Our attic studio is a lovingly renovated, modern furnished, fully furnished apartment in the attic. You reach our apartment via the stairwell and have your own entrance on the second floor. You will love our studio for its central but very quiet location, modern decor and cleanliness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers and families.
