Gerlosstein vacation home

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. COST for pets €20,- per day!

Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Cozy apartment in the small mountain village of Krimml - perfect for skiing and recreational holidays for couples. APARTMENT: Our house is located in the center of Krimml in a quiet residential area. There are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

Originally a hunting lodge built in the early 20th century, this south-facing wooden chalet enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for one large or two small families, it offers beds for up to 7. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, balcony with mountain view and large private garden. Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

Dein Appartement liegt im 2. Stock unseres Hauses und bietet Ausblick auf die Berge. Du wirst das gemütliche Doppelbett lieben und auf der Couch kann noch eine weitere Person (Kind) nächtigen. Mit der kleinen Küchenzeile kannst du leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten und der kleiner Geschirrspüler nimmt dir lästige Arbeit ab :-). Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein mit Dusche/WC. Ein Teil des Balkons ist für dich reserviert - mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, damit du auch dein Essen im Freien genießen kannst.

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
