Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Quiet, stylish accommodation in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Appartment Nr. 4 "Landlord"

Dein Appartement liegt im 2. Stock unseres Hauses und bietet Ausblick auf die Berge. Du wirst das gemütliche Doppelbett lieben und auf der Couch kann noch eine weitere Person (Kind) nächtigen. Mit der kleinen Küchenzeile kannst du leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten und der kleiner Geschirrspüler nimmt dir lästige Arbeit ab :-). Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein mit Dusche/WC. Ein Teil des Balkons ist für dich reserviert - mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, damit du auch dein Essen im Freien genießen kannst.

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.
