In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

The Hölzlbauer guest house is in a quiet location at approx. 1700 meters above sea level and is the perfect starting point whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which allows easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in the Hohe Tauern National Park. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
