I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and matched the details. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. In my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no phone contact. Was also not necessary, I got all the information here. The rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the townhouse is not quite as shown in the photos. So 1980s but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL! A small jewel of apartment, clean, equipped with useful comforts x both short and long stays. Wonderful area with a very comfortable bus stop that in halfhour takes you to the center of Salzburg (in 3, A/R paid 20 euros). Super helpful and very kind host. I would come back with my eyes closed!

My partner and I booked Simon's place to relax and explore the area. Simon was super accessible, the place was clean and great. You were able to feel right at home. It was extremely clean. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Had a lovely stay at Christine’s place that is only a short drive outside Salzburg. Christine responded to any questions quickly and always greeted us with smile. The surrounds are peaceful and private. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the farm cats in the field outside the patio. Very well stocked kitchen and the automatic espresso machine made perfect coffee. Would return in a heartbeat if in Salzburg area again.

Thank you Bea for sharing his apartment with us.We arrived precisely to the accommodation following the information Bea provided, with private parking in front of the door, and Bea warmly accommodated us and provided a lot of travel tips and information.The next day I did not drive, about 3 minutes walk at the accommodation, there is a bus stop that goes directly to the downtown area of Salzburg, which is very convenient.The apartment is clean and fully equipped with shopping mart and outlet mall 5 minutes by car.Very satisfied accommodation for this trip. The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

well-stocked apartment, clean and well-stocked, with very convenient indoor garage in winter. Extremely kind and considerate host. Location very close to the center, a 5-minute walk away. Brunico is very convenient for getting around all the nearby valleys.

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.
