Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung "Bergruh" in unserem Appartement Spieljoch ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Aktivurlaub zum Skifahren, Biken oder Wandern im Zillertal. Ein schöner Garten, der private Balkon der Ferienwohnung und die Gemeinschaftssauna laden zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Unser Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre und herrlichen freien Bergblick liegt im Grünen und dennoch zentral, nur 200 m von der neuen Spieljochbahn und nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

Boasting a splendid view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Stoana Apt 2-1" is situated in Valle Aurina. The 41 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Das Gästehaus Hölzlbauer befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf ca. 1700 Höhenmeter und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt ob im Winter oder Sommer. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist der neue Duxer X-Press und ermöglicht einen unkomplizierten Einstig in die Zillerta Arena im Winter. Im Sommer für Wanderungen oder Mountainbike Tour im Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kürze denn nächsten Ort zum einkaufen (im Winter ist bei der Liftstation ein Spar-Markt).

Appartement 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is een gezellig appartement in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.
