A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
