Calm and elegant place to rest. New house located in a dead end. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms upstairs. Each of the rooms is equipped with a shower and 2 beds. The entrance, the kitchen and the toilet are common areas that you will share with your family. Sheets and bath towels provided. Broadband WiFi (fiber). We are 5 minutes from the train station. Possibility to park for free 50m from the house. On the ground floor, there is my personal and private accommodation.

Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

In a quiet hamlet near La Rochefoucauld and close to the RN10, we would be delighted to welcome you to this accommodation, which is an extension of our house. You can enjoy the Charente countryside; the paths are accessible on foot or by mountain bike. Nearby: Angoulême, known for its comic book festival, the Circuit des Remparts, the Abbey of Saint Amant de Boixe... To do: geocaching with the TerraAventura app, a route of discoveries and unusual puzzles

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
