Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation to beloved four-legged friends, however small, cute and peaceful they may be. We ask for your understanding and to refrain from inquiries in this regard. Half-timbered house from the 19th century, which has been renovated with a lot of passion in recent years. Mainly historical building materials were used. In the house there are two fully equipped apartments. The small apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 2 (max. 4) People, the large apartment on the upper floor and DG for 4 (max. 6) people. Due to the location, the accommodation is ideal for city travelers or for business people.

The summer house

Some time ago, we transformed the old horse stable into a "summer house" through some renovation measures. In doing so, 85 square meters of something unique. We hope that our future guests will feel very comfortable here. Look at the posted photos and let them work on you. We only offer this vacation home in the summer months, as HEATING in winter simply costs a lot of energy. A fireplace is available for the transitional period.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom house is found in the sought after village of Nikolausberg close to Göttingen. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

Welcome to our vacation home with a beautiful garden on the outskirts of Arenshausen. Lovingly furnished, it has everything you need for a vacation and relaxation, from an espresso maker to a charcoal grill. Two bikes are available for exploring the area. Good location for hikes and excursions in beautiful Eichsfeld. Super climbing walls within walking distance (13 min.) with 63 routes, difficulty level 5-9+.

Comfortable retreat on the Weser bike path

The old Remise is converted into a residential building in the 80s. In the meantime, we raised another hand. Now guests can spend their holidays in this lovingly renovated cottage or just relax for a weekend. - And right on the Weserradweg

Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.
