Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. Fall in love with the view of the beautiful garden of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation on the sunny balcony of this bright apartment. With an elegant and sophisticated decor, all the details in this space were thought to provide an unforgettable experience. Excellent Wi-Fi quality service. Apartment in an old building, fully remodeled, with high ceilings, stuccoed ceilings and hammered glass doors. It is a comfortable apartment with good areas and lots of light throughout the day, both in summer and winter. This two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 people, divided into two luxurious en-suites with a walk-in closet and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a wonderful view. It also has a social toilet (no shower) for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of coffees and teas. Part of the house's utensils are an iron, ironing board, a small clothesline in the back, and a hairdryer. Each occupant will have a set of towels of excellent quality. On the balcony, allow yourself to rest under the Portugal sun and enjoy the vibrant Lisbon nightlife, accompanied by a good wine, or a comforting tea/coffee. Everything to make your stay perfect! The apartment is entirely at your disposal. On the day of check-in, there will always be a person available to show you the apartment and give you all the information you need for your stay. That's why it's important to let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Although we do not have a 24-hour service, we are always available to answer any questions and give tips to improve your stay. The Avenidas Novas neighborhood is one of the noblest in the city, very central and close to several transportation, commerce and restaurants. The apartment is located in front of one of the most beautiful green spaces, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation's garden. The apartment has a flat geographic location, allowing you to move around on foot without major climbs, and therefore with less physical wear. On footpaths, you can enjoy Lisbon's nightlife, where you will find a wide variety of pastry shops with their sunny terraces and try one of the best coffees in the world and its specialties. However, if the option is to travel by metro, in 5 minutes you will find the São Sebastião metro station, where the Blue Line will take you more quickly to the typical places. In this apartment, we excel in quality: - excellent quality bath towels with 600 g/m2 allowing for greater absorption and an extra soft touch. - cotton bedding with lyoncell that translates into a satin touch and accentuated shine. - cleaning is done by a company specialized in the field. Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

Brew some coffee in the Krups machine and settle on the sectional sofa to watch a show on the TV. Well-chosen blue and yellow accents stand out, together with a mosaiced and tiled bathroom, and there's a handy little balcony area as well. Airy Apartment (1 big living room with a double bed and sofa-bed for 2 and a complete kitchen), strategically located, near Santa Apolonia’s Hub (Subway-Bus-Train) and 100m from taxi. This apartment is in the outskirt of Alfama, is a short walk from one of the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon’s city center. Walk trough the narrow streets and alleys where the linen and shirts hang from the windows to dry and enter in a typical bar or restaurant to eat or just to drink a glass of wine and listen to Fado. In a short distance walk from the main belvederes (Santa Luzia, Graça and Senhora do Monte) and Museums (Water, Military, tyle...) you must go on a ride on the 28 tram (nearest stop 300m away in the Graça Square. By night you are just 500m away from the Ferroviário Bar and, later on, 800m from Lux Disco. If you have the time spare a day to go to Cascais (30km) and Sintra (35km). We welcome you to Lisbon and, if you need, spare some time with you on your arrival with a short briefing of what and where to go. We wish you a nice staying in our apartment. Guests will have access to everything inside the apartment We are available to answer to all doubts and questions of our guests. And if you need we can give you some hints of what to do and see while in Lisbon Head for the nearby metro, and the 28 Tram stop, to reach almost any point in the city in minutes. Walk to the Graça belvedere to take in one of the best views of Lisbon, while closer still are traditional Fado venues, as well as the Ferroviário Bar. The Train Station/Subway Station/Bus Station of Santa Apolónia is just a 11min walk away (750m). If you come by aeroplane, the Lisbon Airport is just a 10min taxi ride, around 12Eur. There is a late check in fee of 25Eur and refers to check-in after 8p.m. For check-in after 11p.m. the fee is 40Eur
