The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Das Objekt wurde im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt und beinhaltet insgesamt 3 Etagenwohnungen sowie ein Penthaus. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht). Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
