Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht) Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Our apartment is located in an Art Nouveau residential building in the vicinity of Bad Neuenahr and in the immediate vicinity of parks and bike paths. Thanks to innovative room design and a lot of love for detail, the apartment on the ground floor was newly renovated in 2022 and also newly furnished. There is also a covered patio in the courtyard. A parking space for your car is also right outside the front door.
