Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest begins 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elz Valley Cycle Path are also quickly reached: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.
