In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

In the heart of the county with a beautiful view over Lantershofen and the romantic Ahr valley in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, here in the most beautiful, quiet and best residential area is the (70 m²) large apartment "Grüner Horizont" in the small town of Karweiler. You will stay in a very comfortable, modern and light-flooded three-room apartment. In the apartment in the basement of the detached house, everything is at ground level. The apartment has access to the large terrace. .

Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
