Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Paris

We had a lovely stay at the house with my family. The photos are accurate, the rooms are spacious and you feel good there, especially the living room which is very family friendly. There is a lot of toys available for children. Julie was responsive by message throughout our stay and her instructions were clear. Finally, the location is ideal if you want to go to the Disney amusement park which is 20 minutes away. Noisy-le-grand train station is close by as well. I would recommend it for large families

Very nice spacious location. Well located near station, supermarket and other facilities. Parking right outside the door. Great beds and house was nice. Still a lot of chores to make it tidy in the house, jamming doors and small jet of hot water upstairs. All in all, a great location for when you go to Disneyland and Paris itself with a large family.

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

This is a great house and Slawek is a great host! There were five of us and we were comfortably accommodated, but the bunk bed in the children's room is designed for small children) The house is very comfortable wooden. It's easy to breathe in it. Very comfortable pillows. There are a lot of household appliances in the house. Everything is of very high quality. The house is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and the present from Slawek were a great addition to our wonderful mood!

booked for our two daughters' birthday, they were delighted with the surprise. The climbing wall made a sensation. lots of activities offered for young and old. The hot tub is a plus to relax. responsive host by message👍 only small downside, the stairs are very steep and we had to be very careful with our 4-year-old daughter. our daughters didn't want to leave, mission success 😊

The house was very nice and the hosts are very friendly. 10min walk to the metro station, easy to reach the city center.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location! Stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to great cafés, boutiques, and landmarks. Thibaut was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

Great environment to discover, stay in Paris. The ease of communication with Thibault, made us feel comfortable. Among the many positive points there is the parking nearby (with a breathtaking view!), the metro at the bottom of the apartment, the dynamism of the neighborhood and the quiet of the residence. Great stay in Paris!

The location of this flat alone might be enough to bring us back. The apartment is a block from the Bastille Metro station, which offers connections to several lines. But being on the edge of the Marais means almost everything is walkable. The space is efficiently designed and well appointed, with an easy to operate washer *and dryer*! Videos documenting the procedures for check-ing and appliance usage were a fantastic help. Patricia is a communicative and helpful host. Since this is a Paris sized walk-up apartment I would hesitate to recommend to anyone with massive suitcases. The only downside to the apartment is the lack of closets. The pictures are precisely what the apartment looks like and although cozy it was plenty of room for our family of four. Will absolutely return!

A lived in family home with plenty of charm and character. We felt right at home at Catherine's and she was a responsive host. Her apartment is located conveniently close to shops and the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg where we spent several evenings. It is also within easy reach of the metro and walking distance to a variety of sightseeing hotspots which enabled us to visit everywhere we planned to.

Perfect location and very nice owner Charlotte! Friendly for a family trip, 2 bedroom and a couch could be slept in. Definitely good for children! Walkable for almost places and very close to the main station. A cute bakery and restaurant downstairs. Strongly recommended!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Chris was very kind and communicated what we needed. It's homey, clean, It was nice to see the Eiffel Tower every day. When I come back to Paris, I want to stay again.

We had a nice stay in Paris in this apartment, the bedding was very comfortable for us and the children, a crib was available for my daughter. The super equipped kitchen there was everything to be quiet during the stay.

Great and family-friendly stay. Close to the train, with good connection to get around downtown Paris or Disneyland. The host was waiting for us at the station, a gesture that is appreciated since we are traveling with three children and tired. We would definitely repeat the stay again!
