A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , implanted on an imposing rock with a unique surroundings and a breathtaking view over the sea the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is inserted . The house was recently refurbished and enlarged with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see it from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the pedestrian paths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments and next to good restaurants , cafes with good atmosphere , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, totally private and access to a large garden with an infinite pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, picturesque village next to Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for surfing/kite-surfing/windsurfing. I advise you to use your own car.

The Pool House is a rustic retreat in a quiet area, close to the wonderful landscape of the Costa Vicentina, filled with beautiful beaches. Casita has a small bedroom with a toilet and shower and a living room with a sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside, there is a private area with a barbecue and a swimming pool (shared). The newly renovated Casa Bohemia has a spacious and light-filled living room, with a wood-beamed ceiling and fireplace. The adjoining bedroom, has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. A private courtyard leads to an antique stone-bath for romantic outdoor bathing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg fridge, nespresso and popcorn maker. Private garden, terrace, parking, gate, bbq.

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Pinheiro da Chave Hill

Small, rustic Alentejo house, renovated, with the essential comforts to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, but also close to the immensity of the sea. Private, fenced space, with 2 houses nearby, belonging to the owner, with little movement and absolute discretion. It has a barbecue and a covered space for outdoor dining. Access: 2.5 km from the village of Melides, where you can buy all the necessary consumer goods at the Market and Minimarkets, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
