You will stay in the middle of the countryside. From the property you can start a nice hike directly to the local mountain of the "Kampenwand" or You can simply enjoy Lake Chiemsee, which you can reach in 10 minutes (by car) or 15 minutes (by bike). From there you can take the ferry to the Fraueninsel (Women's Island) & Herreninsel (Men's Island). For romantics & horse lovers we offer carriage rides. Parties are not allowed with us as we live in the same house. We are looking forward to welcoming you for a relaxing vacation.

Welcome to the breathtakingly beautiful, world-famous Chiemgau region,  Close to Lake Chiemsee in the Alps – near Reit im Winkel and Austria’s ski resorts, between the Hochplatte and Hochgern mountains, where the ‘Tiroler Achen’ flows towards Lake Chiemsee – lies the beautiful climatic health resort of Marquartstein. Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness.
