The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). Herzlich willkommen in unserer 73 qm großen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon im Chiemgau! Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.

Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
