Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with all the comforts. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds give atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km away from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-pers. Canadian canoe and our 3 bikes are available for rent for a reasonable price.

The high-quality equipped apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, dining table and ample closet space. The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor swimming pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space in the yard of the building complete the comfort.

Directly on the sea and the seafront. High up above the island on the 12th floor. Norderney doesn't get any higher. Fantastic views to the east over the whole island and to the lighthouse, as well as to the sea to the north, which is right at their feet. Wheelchair accessible. Entrance area with wardrobe, shower/WC, living-dining area with sea view and fully equipped kitchen/oven/stove/dishwasher, separate bedroom with sea view and double bed. Fiber optic wifi. WAMA/dryer. We offer this special and comfortably furnished upper floor apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, and the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation. Within walking distance is a small forest with a pond, or you can hop on your bike / rental bike and discover the surroundings! Shopping is 1.5 km away.

Please note all the Corona regulations of the state of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies until February 22 February, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of all kinds. Even if this is stated differently on Airbnb (unfortunately factually incorrect). Exclusive vacation home with terrace for your own use. The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with its own sauna and the south terrace with great views and beach chair.

Dune castles right on the beach

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. The approx. 76 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of the house at An’t Hellinghus 1C. It can accommodate up to 4 people and features a fireplace, sauna and modern furnishings.
