5 minutes walk from the beach, 2 room apartment, modern, in very good condition , in a secure residence with parking space. 3rd floor ( elevator) with exceptional views of the Clape massif, its hiking trails and tasting cellars. Big terrace of 12m2. Located near the port of restaurants, bars, amusement park, nightclub, playful balneo center, shops, bakery, doctor's office etc... Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
