Our 43-square-metre, lovingly furnished holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location in the idyllic little village of Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 metres, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from there you will enjoy a stunning view of the mountain range. The holiday apartment includes a 20-square-metre terrace with a view of the countryside, as well as direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here, you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors as the sun rises.

2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Loft 2 near the lake on a farm

Our Loft 2 is located in a former stable and was newly renovated and modernly furnished in the summer of 2023. With approximately 120 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. In the Bulthaup kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together and enjoy them in the spacious kitchen or on the private terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a sofa bed are available for sleeping. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Chiemsee.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
