In just 700 metres, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from there you will enjoy a stunning view of the mountain range. The holiday apartment includes a 20-square-metre terrace with a view of the countryside, as well as direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here, you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors as the sun rises.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

Our Loft 2 is located in a former stable and was newly renovated and modernly furnished in the summer of 2023. With approximately 120 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. In the Bulthaup kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together and enjoy them in the spacious kitchen or on the private terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a sofa bed are available for sleeping. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Chiemsee.

Hello everyone, The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and offers everything you could ever need. It is located in a quiet residential area and close to the beautiful Chiemsee. On foot it takes about 10 minutes to the shore. My wife and I will be happy to assist you with the key handover. Alternatively, the key is in a lockbox to allow flexible check-in.
