Ability to park 2 vehicles. On the ground floor, there is a veranda with a relaxation area and a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a TV. As well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds Bathroom and independent toilet. Outside: Garden furniture, a barbecue, bike shelter, etc.

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.
