🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Right outside the front door, you can start hikes and tours by mountain bike. The nearby reservoirs invite you to enjoy wonderful walks. In the area you have a variety of leisure activities such as an open-air museum, stalactite cave, castles, wellness and the enjoyment of mountain cuisine.

Away from the big city, in a small village, our 2022 renovated apartment is located. The apartment is in the basement, yet with lots of windows and at ground level on the street. Room for maximum 4 persons is available. Whether as a vacationer or business trip, our apartment is the good alternative to the hotel. Comfort and yet privacy, with its own parking space for a car and privacy-protected terrace.
