A sunny and a shady terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee maker, a stylish living area with FHD TV and small library await you. For the little guests there is a loft bed, travel bed, games, high chair... The apartment is non-smoking. Underground parking is available.

Our small but equipped apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberschopfheim, directly on the vineyards. Whether hikers, craftsmen, nature lovers,…. - we warmly welcome you to our place. The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Der Haupteingang vom Europa-Park erreicht Ihr ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem "Rust-Bus".

On about 50 square meters, it offers 1 quiet bedroom with workspace, 1 living room with open kitchen and 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer. A private terrace also belongs to the apartment.
