The single-storey house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for senior citizens, guests with a walker or people with reduced mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park opposite and a basketball court nearby. A quiet location, a cosy atmosphere and plenty of comfort to make you feel at ease. The outdoor area is still being completed.

It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people awaits you, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden at the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Our apartment is located in the historic center of Adelebsen, in the courtyard of a half-timbered property. From the balcony you can see our lovingly designed garden with seating and play equipment that are available for our guests. On the other side, you can see the picturesque castle hill of Adelebsen with a palace, castle and churches. The nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, the train station of the village and the nearest supermarket about 10 minutes.

Quiet basement apartment with cozy winter garden and direct access to the forest. In our fully equipped, pet-friendly apartment we look forward to visitors of our beautiful hometown Hann. Münden. The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

The apartment is on the first floor of our half-timbered house. There are two double rooms, a single room, a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. Bed linen and towels (hairdryer) are provided. Likewise, everything necessary for the kitchen. (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, iron and ironing board. Almost next door there is a grocery store (with daily fresh baked goods), an inn with good cuisine, hairdresser, bus connections

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
