The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder. There is a large bed (180 x 200), a standard bed (90 x 200), and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a construction site in front of the house. Parking available in front of the main building; Wi-Fi and satellite TV provided. NO dogs allowed!

The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

This cabin is located at the south-end of a large garden. A shopping-center is in the neighborhood and a public-pool is 800 meters away. The Reinhardswald (Forest) is just 900 meters away. This house is not barrier-free! ADULTS ONLY (ab 16 Jahren)! The bed is 1.60m wide!

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
