Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

My 2 rooms in the attic (2nd floor) are centrally located in a very quiet residential estate. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

The 60 m² holiday apartment is centrally located but still in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organise your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room. The property is located in a particularly beautiful green and quiet location, yet with direct access to the highway. The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The furnishings are therefore new and up to date. The front door can be opened via a video intercom at the push of a button.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
