For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Quiet, bright, newly renovated two-room granny apartment in a single-family house on the outskirts of Markt Schwaben directly in the countryside. The light-flooded ground floor apartment is about 32 square meters and has its own terrace overlooking the garden. There is also free parking on the premises. From the apartment, the A94 highway, the airport bypass as well as the S-Bahn and train can be reached quickly.

Our basement apartment in a beautiful green location with excellent connections to the city center, airport and trade fair can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The two bedrooms have large and cozy beds. The new elegant bathroom has an extra large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils. All rooms have windows, which allows fresh air and plenty of light to enter the apartment.
