By bike, you can reach Hopfen am See in 10 minutes at a swimming area and Füssen in 20 minutes. Here you can have a great vacation in summer and winter. The ski slopes at Tegelberg or in Nesselwang are about 20 minutes away

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Our apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable on all levels. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gateway to the Ammer Mountains. Lake Ilass with a swimming beach (Forggensee) is only 500 meters away.
