The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Comfortable little attic apartment

The apartment was completed in 2020, has been used as a guest accommodation since then and is in good, clean condition. I myself live in the neighboring house. Moisling station can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes and the nearest bus stop in about 5 minutes. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for €20 per set. From a stay of three nights, I provide bed linen and towels free of charge.
