Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Hello to all visitors to Hamburg! Welcome to the 50 sqm apartment of my single-family home in Hamburg's north-east. The house is conveniently located near the subway, but quiet and green. Free parking is available in the street. The U1 Trabrennbahn is within 500m walking distance and takes you to the city of Hamburg in 20 – 30 minutes. Allotment areas and a small lake nearby invite you to walk. At the train station: Edeka, kiosk, cleaning, pharmacy, flower shop and an Asia snack.

Die schöne Landschaft der Nordheide lädt zu ausgedehnten Wander-, Rad- und Kanu-Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

The property consists of 2 separate rooms, a shower room and a large laundry room in the basement of a family house. In the first room there is a bed (160 x 200). If requested, we can set up another bed (100 x 200) in the bedroom for €25.00 per night. In the second room there is a sofa, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and kettle, egg cooker, sandwich maker. Separate entrance, garden, free parking spaces in front of the entrance. Internet. Cosy bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with comfortable seating for up to 4 people complete the whole. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Bright separate apartment in the countryside, which is close to the city (10 km) and close to the airport (8 km). It is a separate apartment with a separate entrance, private bathroom, as well as a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove). The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city and you need 5 minutes to the bus and 10 minutes to the train. Train ride to the city is 25 minutes.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
