Quiet modern apartment in the countryside

Cosy and lovingly furnished apartment in a green setting with a Wallbox. In summer, the 36 m² apartment has a pleasantly cool atmosphere. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry cupboard. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), visually separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine and other accessories.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Vacation feeling on the green edge of the Ruhr area

The 60 m² holiday apartment is centrally located but still in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organise your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room.
