Accommodation with hot tub and garden – 'Des Grands Prés'

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

La Cabane

La Cabane can accommodate up to 7 people. Linen is an optionnal service. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

Gîte L'Ourson

New, a washing machine in the cottage. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, close to the quiet forest. 10 minutes from Barcelonnette and 15 minutes from the ski resorts. It is fully equipped for 4 people with a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. TV with DTT channels. A veranda with a bistro foosball table. Bathroom with hydro jet shower. Two bedrooms with very comfortable bedding. A natural relaxation area with its gas plancha. A bowling alley and its balls…..

The old estate of Brusset. Country gîte

In this old farmhouse, you will appreciate the independence of this south-facing vaulted cottage with its garden terrace and unobstructed view. Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed (+ single bed or baby bed). A bathroom and separate toilet: cave style and spring water! On site you will find the essentials for simple cooking. In summer you will appreciate the coolness of the vaults. In winter you will be charmed by the wood fire. Sheets and towels are provided.

Small renovated house in the middle of the orchards, located in the Durance Valley and the Avance Valley at the foot of Lake Serre-Ponçons and its dam in Rousset, (15 minutes away) the Bois-Vieux floating pool, the beaches of the Three Lakes of Rochebrune, the Durance Valley and its many local producers, the Demoiselles Coiffées de Théus, the Colombis peaks etc., natural curiosities, walks, wine tastings, difficult to discover everything during your stay! 4 people no more.

Agnès & J-Pierre's Gîte Nature / Tranquillity / Ground Floor / Spa Option

Nature getaway in Pierre Châtel! Enjoy a rejuvenating stay in this charming single-storey apartment for 9 people. Set in a farmhouse, it offers a private terrace with a view of the flowers and access to the 'Bubul Spa' covered hot tub (optional). Ideally located: 35 km from Grenoble, close to the lakes, the Himalayan footbridges and the ski resort at Alpe du Grand Serre. Included: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Trailer for 2 people located on a very quiet property near a stream. A beautiful area where you can enjoy beautiful sunny days and cool nights. Great for isolating yourself away from the current turmoil. On the program: climbing, hiking and beautiful outings by road bike or mountain bike. Not to mention lavender in July... Guests can take advantage of our swimming water area (300 m2 of open water). Space to share with the tenants of our cottage and ourselves.

Delphine's cottage

Beautiful, very comfortable accommodation consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and dining room with kitchenette located outside the accommodation. Ideal for recharging your batteries, the cottage is located in a Provencal farmhouse in the heart of nature. You will be amazed by the 380° view of the Orpierre mountains. You can visit the farm, the vegetable garden and buy tasty vegetables! This atypical accommodation is suitable for nature lovers.

Val d'Allos, quiet and sunny chalet with Wifi

Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
