House on the Ourme: 3 bedrooms and table d'hôtes

The house on the Ourme is a guest house (possibility of table d 'hôtes by reservation before your arrival) where it is good to live. Located in the middle of the mountain, 40 minutes from the center of Grenoble, quiet and in the greenery. This house is my primary residence. Homemade breakfast (breads, buns, jams) is included. This listing is for the rental of 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, the third with a shower to be shared with the other occupants of the house.

Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a hot tub and exceptional 180° views! Your spacious room features a 160 bed, TV and desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linens provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+€9/pers.) is served on the veranda, particularly pleasant, or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as the terrace.

A closed garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

I offer a nice bedroom (160 cm bed) with a large bathroom (located opposite the bedroom). In the morning, a hearty breakfast (with supplement) can be offered in the dining room or in your room, depending on your desire. In good weather, it can be taken on the terrace. This accommodation is located in the city centre near shops, ski lifts, buses, the old town, the swimming pool, the train station. You can enjoy Briançon on foot.

Welcome to all bikers, we ourselves are bikers, we provide you with a shelter and small equipment for the quick maintenance of your machines. The "Le Sulit" gîte is a 3-star 135 m² duplex located in the rear part of our old farmhouse. Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
