Die angebotene Wohnung in der Doppelhaushälfte besteht aus dem Eingangsflur im Erdgeschoss, dem Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss und hat eine Wohnfläche von 80 m². Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Sommeratelier der Malerin Kerstin Langer. In der anderen Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung (Kielhus).

Die Ferienwohnung "Kon-Tiki" ist für zwei Personen optimal geeignet. Durch die Schlafcouch sind Aufenthalte mit drei Personen möglich. Die Wohnung ist ca. 90 m vom Strand entfernt. Sie sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten an der Steilküste von Bansin. Ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen sind: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, sowie die Promenade. Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.

Our cozy loft with balcony offers 46 m² of space for up to 2 people. It is equipped with a living and sleeping area, in which a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) ensures restful nights. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The loft impresses with its private balcony, which invites you to linger. It offers a view of the spa gardens.

The cosy loft apartment with combined living and sleeping area is located on the 2nd floor and has floor-to-ceiling windows. With 42 square metres of space, it can accommodate 3 people. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is just as luxuriously equipped as the high-quality kitchen. The double bed, which is directly adjacent to the living area, measures 180x200 cm.
