The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). The vacation home "Bellerose" in the "Maison de Greunebennet" extends over two floors. Downstairs is a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter. The natural stone floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can also be put together.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
