It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Nature is beautiful at any time of the year and can be explored from your own jetty with boats and SUPs. Fishing in your own lake area is possible free of charge.

The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. Jump into the water. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sauna. As well as a large living area and kitchen. Smart TV and 290 Mbit Internet. On the terrace you can relax and look at the lake. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding area.

In addition to opportunities to enjoy nature within walking distance, you can reach the centre of Hamburg by car in about 25 minutes. A bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian Restaurants are about 1 km away. There are security cameras at the entrance area on the premises.
