This modern and fully equipped two room apartment with a wonderful view of the “Alstertal” offers many opportunities for relaxation, sports and other activities. Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

The flat was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. In the past, this listed building was a stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a children's playground. Our location is ideally situated. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The apartment Marina is located in the spa area of Bad Segeberg! Lake Segeberg and the spa clinics are very close by. The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people. A private lake can be used for fishing by arrangement. With some luck, children can also ride on a tractor. Ideal starting point for cyclists, hikers and city strollers. The Pirschbach Valley, right outside the front door, is popular for exploring the flora and fauna.
