In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Typische Geräusche sind hier die Eulen am Abend und die Trecker am Morgen. Auch Reh, Hase, Fasan oder Storch kommen oft vorbei.

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.

The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
