Holiday rentals with a patio in Holly Hill

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

We only stayed here one night for a friend’s wedding but could definitely see it being a weekend or week vacation home easy! Carla was an amazing host accommodating to our every need with no hesitation. Place was extremely clean and felt like a tropical spot. Would recommend!

Lovis was an excellent host! My family and I arrived at the Airbnb quite late, but Lovis was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication with us throughout. We truly appreciate the hospitality—thank you again, Lovis!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

This location, condo, and amenities were great. Glorious was a wonderful host. I would recommend and would rent again!

This house is Beautiful. It has plenty of room if you want to have guests over . Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds. All the amenities you could need on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Eileen was an attentive host and answered my questions very quickly.

Property was just as it was advertised and Jose was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. We had a great stay at Jeff and Krista's! We would highly recommend staying here while visiting the area! We plan to book again the next time we are in town!!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Although it started off rough the host WAS VERY RESPOVISE AND fixed the issue immediately . The place overall was great , will book again. The host was outstanding , will book again.
