Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 20 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

A gas station with a 24 H service can be found as a direct neighbor of our apartments. The bus stop "Moorstieg" (141) is just 100 meters from our building.

Downtown is about 17 minutes. The trendy district of Eimsbüttel is halfway towards the city center. Despite the proximity to the city center, the excursion destinations "Niendorfer Gehege" (forest with deer park) and "Tierpark Hagenbeck" (zoo) are almost around the corner.
