Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

Apartment on the Elbe - XR43

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. A “fire tv stick” is available to log in with Netflix & Co. 's own account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). The house sits at the edge of a holiday home settlement, in the middle of the countryside with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be on the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.
