The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!
