Munich: Large house in a noble suburb of Munich

Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. Munich Central Station, the Oktoberfest, and Munich city centre are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture and a hot tub. Sauna. A bouncy castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn train station, playgrounds and the city park are all a 5-minute walk away. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – a day trip by sailing yacht can be booked.

THE COUNTRY HOUSE VILLA with its 480 square meters offers plenty of space for you, your family and friends. A lot of light and a pleasant ambience as well as a breathtaking view of the Alps await you. The living room pampers you with a fireplace and plenty of living space of approx. 40 square meters. The dining room, with its 38 square meters and large dining table, can accommodate at least 12 people. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and invites you to cook together. A 2000 sqm garden is at your disposal.

A spacious living area features warm wooden beams and large windows that provide natural light and views of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable seating arrangements include a light-colored couch and dark sofas. A sleek console table holds decorative items and a modern lamp.

Country house 5 minutes walking from the lake

This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is a lot of sun all around mountain views and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as close to the Bundesstrasse (soundproof windows available)

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

Room for family and friends. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s privacy for everyone. Beautifully set between Lake Wörthsee and Lake Ammersee. Munich is easy to reach. The lake is very close by. Two stand-up paddleboards are available. Two large terraces. Outdoor fireplace. Lovely, cozy tiled stove. Great zip line. Garden. A paradise for young and old alike. Sauna, well equipped gym. Modern gas grill with gas provided. Big TV, Nintendo Wii and an awesome sound system are available.
