The entire space of about 100 ㎡ is completely private and limited to one group per day, so you can relax and unwind in a large space as your own private space. There are two spacious bedrooms and a dining space in a large Japanese-style room. You can enjoy the Japanese countryside comfortably and at your own pace. We can also accommodate Japanese, English, and French. Please let me know if you would like to know more about the charm of Tsuwano and sightseeing. On the days when the host's cafe is open, you can also interact with other customers and enjoy tea and sweets. You can spend time in a spacious and quiet room, enjoy interacting with people and tourists in Tsuwano, or help coordinate a wonderful trip.

The Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya townhouse over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated ‘Grandma’s house’, where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an inn.As the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it has many inconveniences and is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Naramachi to soak up the ‘comfortable rusticity’ that permeates the town.In the hope of helping guests ‘reflect and recover’ in an environment away from the hustle and bustle of the station area, we provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast.(Almost all of the books in the room are available for purchase.) 　Please spend this evening in the tranquil surroundings of the Nishimura residence and Naramachi, listening to the voice of your own heart.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

This is an old house built 221 years ago, located in the center of Tsumago-juku. The 20-tatami living room has a sunken hearth (currently unavailable) and you can enjoy the old Japanese private house. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can stay with a large number of people, such as family and friends. No meals are provided. You are welcome to use the full kitchen freely. There is a backyard at the end of the dirt floor that continues from the entrance, and you can walk around freely. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
