Tomomasa’s place was perfect for our few days in Tokyo. Koenji station is so close and you can get there in a just a few minutes! The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and thrift shops in Koenji too! Would definitely stay again. :)

Good Location - Near Daitabashi Station - so ~15 minutes from Shinjuku. Quiet area. Room was big enough to be quite comfortable for 2 weeks. Overall a great stay! Thanks Mehmet!

The accommodations were perfect for our group of three people. The upstairs loft area was incredibly comfortable and we had all the accommodations we needed. The nearest station only has Local trains stop at it, but walking from either of the two adjacent stations is also quick and easy so it was never difficult to catch a train. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore neighborhoods in East Tokyo with easy access to Shinjuku Statiom for transfers to pretty much anywhere you want.

Cozy, central, and convenient. The loft gets a little stuffy but the host provides a fan that is more than capable of circulating air nicely. Amenities work like a charm. Kitchen is a little small but with all of the great food options in the neighborhood it should not be a problem. Check in and checkout were smooth and it was a great stay. Thank you!!

Koji was an amazing host! I wasn’t able to make my original check in time and he was very accommodating and left the lights on for us! The apartment had everything we needed for the stay, and koji was very quick to answer our questions! Would 10/10 recommend staying with him if you are ever in the area!

The host, Motoko, was very friendly and responded immediately.And the room was beautiful, there were a lot of amenities, and there was no trouble.It is also close to a large station and conveniently located.

It was very clean, easy to stay and comfortable. The loft ladder was slippery and a little scary, but it was a hotel I want to use again.

The shower was great.

Perfect location for a first visit to Tokyo. Easy to go for runs through Ebisu and Nakameguro as well as head up to Shibuya station and access any part of the city. Quiet area, lovely home. Highly recommend and I’ll look to stay again for my next visit.

Amazing location, the more days we stayed the more we loved it.

I stayed really comfortably for a month. Like this room, it was rare to see a room with a spacious and well-equipped desk work environment. It was located in a residential area, so I was satisfied with the quiet environment at any time of the day and night! It was also nice that there were many large grocery stores nearby. From the first day to the last day of departure, Ted took care of my convenience and took care of me.

Great location for both Narita airport and Chiba. The place was very well suited for my 2 month stay. I would also recommend Kitchen Monma and Saffron Indian restaurant for their delicious food and very friendly staff!
