The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The village of Wieden itself is within walking distance. The Hotel Wiedener Hof (approx. 5–8 minutes) is open and has very good cuisine. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning costs €90 on site, mandatory.

Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
