My husband and I had a great stay at The Stewart. Our room was just lovely and the view of the river was a bonus. They have done a wonderful job restoring the property.

Perfect location, awesome decor, cozy room, clean bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for a better stay, if you’re visiting Woodstock I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We really appreciated everything about our stay. The room was very spacious and clean, the B&B space overall so interesting and fun, so much to look at! Great music playing softly in the main common room area, always welcoming. Excellent location. We loved the fire pit (that was an added bonus we weren’t even aware of until we arrived, such a wonderful surprise!) Friendly and helpful host and staff. I hope to come back with my husband, or even just by myself for some solitude, great hiking and local food and fun in the future! Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality.

I stayed in the smallest room (Room 6), which was small but just fine for one person. The available parking was convenient and safe. The hotel , which is within easy walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, was renovated top to bottom recently, so everything is shiny and squeaky clean, like new. I'm a neat freak and, so, not easy to please. This place more than satisfied my obsession with cleanliness--absolutely spotless and fresh. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly and helpful hostess, who showed me around and to my room, demonstrated the main door locks, explained the breakfast where and when, etc. I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel again. Reasonably priced, on par with other places in Woodstock, which draws a lot of tourists and, so, can be a little pricey.

I had on my Catskills bucket list to stay at this motel for a few years and finally had the time! A nice bonus I didn’t know about at my booking was I got a room with a deck that was perfect for sunset teas and a book. The room itself is really cozy - it’s got coffee, milks, and some local popcorn. The fridge was great so I could bring some snacks! The host was really lovely and communicative. There’s no tv which I loved and came ready with a few books.

Second time here, really wish to stay here longer. Such a cozy place I love it a lot! The bed is way too comfortable just can’t get up. We came back to see The host Mrs Doris and her husband Jon. Jon was also surprised to see us and we are happy to see him still as happy as before! Definitely a nice place to stay for getaway!

While the resort was outstanding when it comes to the spa treatments everything was very confusing from the treatments itself, to the staff to them not being organized at all. I’m not sure the treatment was performed by a professional certified masseuse. In fact it was a male for both my wife and I. We were never asked to sign a waiver or fill out any kind of paperwork unlike all other spas we’ve been to. I have been with terrible sciatica pain since Sunday July 7, almost a week now. I believe the male therapist worked my back in a way that he shouldn’t have and pinched a nerve. I am unable to walk, get in and out of car and have been seeing a chiropractor since Monday July 8.

This was our second stay at Peter’s and it was just as great as the first time!

Such a cute throwback to a simplistic time kind of place! Exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking Huckleberry point. Beds were comfy and shower was powerful! Got there at night and the morning views were nice! Would stay again for sure. Thanks!

Adorable, quiet, clean cabin. The owners are fantastic and so nice! Quiet location, found a grocery store about 10 minutes away. Enjoyed our stay!

“This place was perfect for my son and me. It was very comfortable and just 3 minutes from the ski mountain, with plenty of dining options nearby. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. When we requested to increase the heating, they adjusted it immediately and even offered the option to turn on the electric fireplace. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!”

We arrived late in the evening and had a slight hitch due to a miscommunication at check-in, but it was completely understandable and quickly rectified (though I felt bad having to ring a loud bell to wake our host Robert). Once in, the Grace and Favor suite was immaculate, cozy, well laid out and beautifully appointed. We were there on a cold snowy weekend and the space was quiet and well-insulated, with many adjustable lighting options. There were even mini book lights in the bedside tables. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The location felt secluded and private but was a convenient 10-minute drive to the numerous shops and dining options in Kingston’s historic stockade district. It snowed overnight and when we awoke we found Robert had already shoveled the walks and driveway and had even gone so far as to remove the snow from our car. We were pleased to meet the woolly Southdown sheep and learn more about the area from Robert, who has deep roots. Highly recommend.

Very cute and private room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit was great afterwards. I would book again if ever in the area.
